Policies

Each order is made to order, because of this I don't accept cancellations or refunds on any order. 
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email amelianoyesdesign@gmail.com for the best customer support. All sales are final unless they have arrived damaged in transit or the vendor has supplied an item where the coloring is incorrect or the item has arrived dented or damaged. The customer is responsible for inspecting their order upon arrival and informing us within 48 hours of any concerns. Please send photo evidence of damage to the package and its contents for us to best file a claim with the vendor

If USPS tracking says "delivered" but it has not arrived, please contact me immediately. We recommend checking with your neighbors in case it was accidentally delivered to them. Additionally, USPS tracking can be off a few days, and it can arrive at your location shortly after. If your fear your item is stolen, please contact us to learn about the appropriate procedure.
